The in-page newsletter form and pop-up send your email address directly to Substack at abud.substack.com. Substack handles the subscription and sends a confirmation email.

Substack's privacy policy governs data it holds. Use the unsubscribe link in its emails to stop receiving the newsletter.

The pop-up uses browser localStorage with the key abud-nl-pop to remember that it was shown or dismissed for 21 days, or that you subscribed. You can clear this preference in your browser.

This site uses no cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

Hosting providers may keep standard server logs, including IP address, user agent, and request time, for security and operation. We do not sell data.

Calibrate, Hundred, The Systems, Substack, YouTube, podcast platforms, X, and Instagram operate separately and have their own terms and privacy policies. Hundred is a separate company from The Systems.
